The restaurant may not look much from the outside but what pulled me in were the dishes people were eating outside. I'm a huge tapas lover and their tapas are very good, right portioned and various choice. And it's very afordable price, not expensive (6~9 € per dish). 2 to 3 dishes are sufficiant. Also try the oven coocked camembert as a dessert 🙂 It's a winebar, but we were only for 1 day travelling through, so we drank 1 glass of the house wine which was very good too. The service was very helpfull and kind, food was served in a normal time frame.

As an American or USA I should say, this place is top notch. Service is the absolute best and the wine list/tapas are regional and worthy of world class. Don’t miss this place if you come to Perpignan.

This place is fabulous. The food is great , the wine is amazing and the staff are incredible. I can’t recommend it highly enough.

Wonderful atmosphere, great decor. The charismatic owner could match the quality of the food, to bring it to the same level. The wine was good but the tapas were mediocre, surprising considering the proximity to Spain and the excellent regional charcuterie. Even the Manchego was bland. Disappointing for the price, despite the ambiance.

We had an amazing, final, and best evening in Perpignan with Caroline and her fabulous restaurant. The food? Incredible! The wine? The list was deep and amazing! The service! Superbe! Do not go to Perpignan without going to Perdrix!
